I’ve posted before about my anxiety around pressure canning. For my second try I did 5 pounds of dry pinto beans. We got more than 7 quarts and I think they look awesome!

This time I had a checklist which helped lessen my anxiety. My brain still tries to tell me I’ll die of botulism but at least I can point to the checklist and say, I did every single step!
