Pounded chicken breast marinated in pickle juice/cream/Sriracha for a couple hours, then coated with wheat/rice flour, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne mix. Fried to 170° and immediately coated in a Franks/honey sauce. Crunchy, juicy, and spicy…it put Popeyes to shame!
