Fired up both grills this weekend. The Blue Slate Weber handles the steaks and choripanes perfectly, and the little Salvadoran grill handles peppers and sides.
Crazy how different the heat feels between the two. Anyone else run a dual-grill setup?

  1. I picked up a second 22″ kettle this summer, but the only chance I had to use both was when I was still cleaning up and burning in the new to me one while making some smoked bacon the the original. Ended up with a couple extra pieces as a nice little grill snack.
