Kimchi Ramen

This was my first try making kimchi ramen (and first time trying it). My coworker has a Korean neighbor that makes her own Kimchi. She had so much she gave some to him. He had so much he brought some to the office to take home. Wasn’t missing this opportunity. I don’t follow the Bobby Lee recipe, but maybe next time. I added spam. My wife wanted hers on the side.
