    Yummo! I use Kenji’s foolproof pan pizza recipe, but bump up the yeast for a same day ferment. We call it Weird Pizza Wednesday, I chuck lots of little random bits on them. This week we had pineapple, lap cheong and arugula on one, and chutney, cauliflower, pecans and green olives on the other.
