Took a couple pork tenderloin cutlets and seared the outside, removed from the pan, and then dumped a bunch of diced white mushroom and onion in the pan, cooked til soft.
Deglazed with a bit of Worcestershire sauce and schlitz malt liquor, then let it simmer down for about an hour. Added 2/3 cup of milk, 1/3 cups of water and about 4oz of canned cream of mushroom soup, brought to a boil, then let it simmer for about 30 min.
Took some bacon I had, diced it up, then fried it in a separate sauce pan til crispy, transfered bacon to sauce, left grease in pan. Added water and made pasta til Al dente, added pork chop to sauce for 5 min, slice serve sauce on top of pork chop and pasta. Garnish with whatever looks fancy.

Forgot about the green beans, I threw a couple frozen ones into the sauce for color/garnish.
