I was a bit hesitant to try these as I’ve heard mixed reviews but wow, I’m blown away!

I did follow everyone’s recommendations of first rinsing very well and then heating it up. I heated it up for three minutes in the microwave. And then smothered it with sugar-free G Hughes teriyaki sauce.

This snack was no more than 130 cal!

The noodles didn’t taste weird at all. Infact they tasted like nothing except the sauce.

Highly recommend. I got mine at Walmart (Canada).
