Ingredients
For the Salad
1 head Romaine Lettuce, roughly chopped
2 cups Grape Tomatoes, halved
1 medium English cucumber, thickly sliced
1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 medium yellow bell pepper, roughly chopped
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted or unpitted
4 ounces (about 1 block) feta cheese, served as a slab or crumbled
2 tablespoons fresh oregano, or 1 teaspoon dried oregano (for garnish)

For the Dressing
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions
Prepare the Base:
Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce and place it in a large serving bowl. Halve the grape tomatoes. Slice the cucumber thickly. Remove the core and seeds from the yellow bell pepper and chop it roughly. Add the tomatoes, cucumber, and yellow pepper to the bowl on top of the lettuce. Thinly slice the red onion and add the slices, along with the
Kalamata olives.

Whisk the Dressing:
In a small bowl or jar, combine the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Whisk the ingredients vigorously until they are well combined.

Dress the Salad:
