
Zucchini soup:
slice and saute a couple of onions
add a lot of Zucchinis, not peeled, cut in chunks
water, salt
cook until zucchini is soft
scoop out a lot of the liquid (but keep it). Blend soup, add more of the liquid if needed, add salt as needed. Done.
Stirfry:
- onion, carrot, celery, garlic, mushrooms, cabbage, rotisserie chicken, farro, soy sauce, coconut aminos, rice vinegar.
