Zucchini soup:

  • slice and saute a couple of onions

  • add a lot of Zucchinis, not peeled, cut in chunks

  • water, salt

  • cook until zucchini is soft

  • scoop out a lot of the liquid (but keep it). Blend soup, add more of the liquid if needed, add salt as needed. Done.

Stirfry:

  • onion, carrot, celery, garlic, mushrooms, cabbage, rotisserie chicken, farro, soy sauce, coconut aminos, rice vinegar.
