
Sausage is not my all time favorite thing to eat off the grill, but it might be my favorite thing to make. Super easy, you just get a nice, even bed of coals going and slowly turn them until they get that beautiful brown color and start to crack open and sizzle. Sooo satisfying!
Got a nice mix from a German butcher: baurn brats, beer brats, currywurst, kalbwurst, kielbasa, smoked brats, and of course, frankfurters (fur der kinder).
