(Menu on last pic) A great experience, with some of the best meat I've ever eaten !
All the dishes were pretty good, there were no letdowns in the dinner.
The first fish was one the main attraction, the scallops was melting in the mouth, and the sauce so velvety, it was pretty crazy. The pasta dishes more classical but still interesting, however the main star of the meal was pic 8, literally the best meat I've ever eaten, it was so tasty, perfectly cooked, perfect temperature, perfect everyting ! One of the best bites of my life that's for sure. The desserts were fairly good as well, refreshing at the end of the meal. The last one especially was really airy, it was fun.
Another highlight was the parmesan tasting, you rarely have the opportunity to compare the effect of the aging process on parmesan, and it was insightful.
(And special mention to the bread, which was great)

They gave us dried pasta at the end as well, just used them and they’re good!
I’ve had it recommended a couple of times… will have to check it out.
Have you been to Equilibrium? Can also recommend for Luxembourg.
