


Cooked them around 200 for about 1 1/2 hours until it reached 150. Wrapped it up in a foil pan with butter and sauce. Cooked for about another 1 1/2 hours until it reached 190. Wanted to leave it on longer but had things to do that night. Still tender as can be.
Used blue hog red Tennessee sauce witch has a kick to it so went well with the sweet preacher seasoning.
