Stack of woolly jumpers cake


Retirement cake for a beloved colleague..he’s known for many impressive things but one of them is his steadfast commitment to wearing a woolly jumper (the Australian term for what Americans would call sweaters), no matter the weather. ✊

So it’s a stack of jumpers cake. Each jumper is its own individual lemon cake, filled with cherry jam, vanilla buttercream and crushed Shortbread Cream biscuits. The zip is edible too, if you felt the yen to (best not tho.) Swipe to the end to see the pre carved cake, and then the innards.
