I saw someone post about Joseph's, Oat Bran, & Whole Wheat Pita Bread, only 60 calories per. I love, love Joseph's pita bread. Reminded me of these tortillas, only 70 calories per. A life saver. I always assume low carb stuff will be horrible. These are the exact same as regular flour tortillas.

There is some discussion online about whether or not the calorie count is correct on those types of tortillas. Because the “resistant starch might not be as resistant as they say.
I want to love these but they sit very heavy in my stomach and I can’t eat more than half of one with any type of filling. Really wish they came in taco size.
these mission carb balance wraps don’t actually have 70 calories per serving like the label says. the numbers look good because the us labeling rules basically treat fiber as zero calories. but the wrap is loaded with fiber (like 28 g in one piece), and your body still absorbs some of that. if you calculate it normally with fat, protein and net carbs, plus the part of the fiber that still gets metabolized, you end up closer to 160–170 calories per wrap. the label is technically legal but kinda misleading if you’re tracking for weight loss rather than keto. still love these and still less calories then most wraps and they have a great texture
Ive tried to like these and end up just turning whatever thing I made into a bowl version. They have this really specific flavor especially after a light toasting. Just cant do it.
Just get the whole wheat ones, they are better for you.
I tried to like these, but I end up with a lot of digestive discomfort after eating them.
I swear they changed the formula recently. They get so gummy when you heat them up as leftovers
