BURRATA SALAD 🥗
• arugula
• burrata
• sliced tomatoes

• sprinkle with sea salt flakes and fresh ground pepper
CROSTINI 🥖
• preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C
• slice baguette
• drizzle both sides with @getciaonow organic, non-blended Sicilian extra virgin olive oil
• sprinkle with sea salt flakes and fresh ground pepper
• bake 10-15 min, flipping halfway way through
• top with baked prosciutto croutons, burrata, arugula & tomatoes

Let’s make crustini and bara salad. I’m using chowo extra virgin olive oil from Sicily. The olives are harvested from trees that are over 250 years old on a small pot in Sicily. Cold pressed and the squeeze bottle is incredible. I love having the taste of Italy at my table.
