I just started making Mac’s yesterday as a way to keep me busy (this is my 4th batch)
I’m pretty sure they’re more flat as I did large instead of small circles and I split one that was still kind of warm in half to see the inside.
How do these look? Will they fill in more as they mature? I don’t want to waste fillings for them to be half hollow

I think these will fill in decently, depending on the filling, but the texture of the macaron shell won’t be quite perfect.
I would still fill these as they look nice. And especially to get an idea of how they mature if I plan on working with this recipe further.
