Ingredients:
• ½ cup Greek yogurt
• ½ cup sour cream
• 1–2 tsp taco seasoning
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1–2 tbsp taco seasoning for the beef
• Warm queso (about ½–1 cup)
• Shredded lettuce
• Diced tomatoes
• Sliced black olives
• Shredded cheddar cheese
• Optional: jalapeños, cilantro, avocado
Steps:
1. Mix the Greek yogurt, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Spread into the bottom of your dish.
Cook the ground beef, drain, and season with taco seasoning + a splash of water. Let it cool slightly.
Spread the warm queso over the beef.
Add shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and black olives.
Top with shredded cheese and any extras like jalapeños, cilantro, or avocado.
Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite dipper.
