Made with fresh rock fish, right on the water's edge. So good! First time I ever had rock fish, and I really like it.

    Looks like fantastic fried fish & fries, but this ain’t Fish n’ Chips. Just google “fish and chips dish”.

    No dishonor, I would completely devour this and come back for more, but it’s just not FnC.

    I have no doubt rock fish does make the best fish and chips. I just feel theres better ways to eat rock fish so never tried it. But if it was served to me I would absolutely

    I’m a batter guy myself, being from New England, but this looks delicious and I’ve never had rock fish. The cook on this looks great! Clean oil, not overdone 👨‍🍳

    Orcas Island FTW! Love Rockfish fish & chips. It’s delicious and relatively inexpensive compared to cod or halibut. Awesome, I hope you enjoyed the weather today!

    I prefer breading to batter. Imo, it’s usually lighter, less greasy and lets the fish shine through better. This looks amazing.
