For my birthday, my friends with the smoker made me these amazing wings, and convinced me to finally buy a smoker. I am going to enjoy learning how to perfect these bad boys! …and the Meat Church blends were great. Half Voodoo and half Gospel.

Brisket from a local BBQ joint that was catered at a party convinced me to buy my Traeger. I had been kicking it around for a while. Obviously the BBQ place didn’t use a pellet grill but it didn’t trick. Wings are on my Traeger quite often
