
I got these chops from Whole Foods delivery today and noticed a little graying, maybe a tad greenish?
I'm unsure on sniff test, it smells liken the other one that doesn't have the graying, but I was thinking maybe a bit of a sour note, but maybe I'm overthinking and it is just the smell of raw pork.
I took pics all around for reference, including the bones.
Really appreciate any advice or inout. Thanks in advance for any help.

They”look” great, id have no problem cooking those up. Sometimes pork can have an iridescent sheen to it. Now if it smells really off, then that’s a no go. Personally I think you are fine from hundreds of miles away lol
