Paris.Hawai‘i returns to Honolulu, and this time with a new story, a new home and flavors better than ever.
When Paris.Hawaii originally opened on Seaside Avenue in 2018, it quickly gained popularity with its French cuisine featuring locally sourced Hawaiian ingredients. Now, chef-owner Yuya brings his beloved restaurant back to Honolulu, with this new chapter unfolding in an intimate space at SALT at Our Kaka‘ako.

Paris.Hawai presents an artfully composed 8-course prix-fixe menu, where French finesse meets Hawai‘i’s bounty in every bite.

Chef Yuya serves an ever-evolving dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more. Originally from Hokkaido, Japan, chef Yuya trained in Osaka before working as the opening sous chef at Paris’s acclaimed Clown Bar. After moving to Hawai‘i, chef Yuya immersed himself in the islands’ culture and ingredients, both of which shine through every dish at Paris.Hawaii. He tells us that he finds inspiration “from the nature here in Hawai‘i, and even from some of his old menu items at the original location.”
As the menu rotates every two months, expect new favorites with every visit, but current standouts include a vibrant bouillabaisse and Kiawe-smoked tenderloin. Open five nights a week, rediscover Paris.Hawaii, one of Honolulu’s most celebrated (and delicious) dining experiences. @paris.hawaii
