I've been reading so many sushi-related posts on this Subreddit and just realized I never made it a single comment or post in all Reddit when I have so many things to say about Sushi.

How do y’all feel about the lack of rice on the bottom of the roll? Helps with mouthable pieces, but I’ve never really done it intentionally. Thoughts?
