A bit of pre-Thanksgiving R&D

I’ve been baking bread for a few years now, but only recently have I ventured out of the sourdough world. For whatever reason I volunteered to bring rolls to my in-laws big Turkey Day celebration. I think I’ll be just fine lol. Just figured I’d share with y’all!
