Saw a new brand in my local coop. Had to check it bc marbling looked good.
Pretty damn good for $10, even if it’s only 7oz

Thank you for your picture post to r/sousvide. We want to remind everyone of Rule #5. Posts should be accompanied by something to foster discussion. A comment, a question, etc is encouraged.

If you’ve posted a picture of something you’ve prepared, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn’t really fostering any discussion which is what we’re all aiming for.

Posts that are a picture with no discussion can and will be removed by the mods.

    Thank you!!

It’s local to WA state so keep an eye out for it if you live there!

that looks amazing, but it looks like they cut a flat iron steak into 1/3rds. At that price though i wouldn’t have to share!

Dude! I ate the same exact steak tonight! $10 at PCC! Excuse the sloppy pic and sear, I wasn’t planning on posting it 🙂

I did salt pepper garlic powder and let it dry in the fridge for 2 hours.

Then 30 min in the oven at 225 until it was 110 and then about 1.5 min a side sear.

One of the best steaks I’ve ever had! Mine wasn’t quite as marbled as yours. No way it’s as lean as the nutrition facts say.

    Would definitely pick up again!
