It does say its sweetened with condensed milk but it doesnt taste too sweet, I dont think id be more than a tbsp… It also had marmalade but i removed it. Help and ty

The original weight is 225 with the tbsp of marmalade and half of it was covered with a layer of chopped pineapple that I removed (you can kinda see in the last pic) So id estimate the weight in the picture as maybe 170g? Idk Also it was 3 walnuts.
Context: an app calculated the cals from the pic with AI, it doesnt say the cals in the container

Seems possible.
According to Google, one cup of raw oats is about 300 calories, and 4 walnuts are around 100.
Add in pineapple, marmalade, and sweetened condensed milk and it could easily be 600 calories.
(Someone correct me if I’m wrong)

It’s may be off but not by much… with the marmalade taken off I would say 500 -530 calories would be accurate estimate
