    Atleast 10 and get a massive pot to make 1.5-2 lbs of caramelized onions from your 30. Put half in the freezer half in the fridge

    I am just a regular person cooking for two and go through one bag a week. Not even onion heavy dishes. Just regular ass cooking.

    At this price I would buy four and regret my choice Because ten would have been better.
