Baked my Second Chocolate cake ever – Its an old school Tray-bake/sheet-cake chocolate cake for my Father’s Birthday!

last time I struggled with Spreading the icing so this time i got the icing knife a little wet as people suggested, worked like a charm.

To make this cake a bit more Festive i Graded White chocolate on the icing (Its not coconut),

Even though its for my father's birthday i had to test it! Two pieces wouldn't be enough testing so i got three.

I Gave my dad a Happy 80th birthday card with it, even though he is 75 (:
