Little bit of thin sliced fresh mozzarella, imported Gorgonzola, paper thin sliced Anjou pears, arugula & raw unfiltered honey.

    This is one of the best. I usually use a balsamic glaze but will try honey next time

    arugula is underrated, goes pretty well with sun dried tomatoes
