Set Italian donuts. Start like this with one cup of water, half a cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, one stick of butter, and a pinch of salt, and whisk until the butter melts. Add one cup of flour, stirring continuously. Remove off the fire and add four eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth. After each addition, heat your oil to 350° and fry. Fry in batches.
