Finally cracked open the tin of Patagonia sardines in coconut curry, and it exceeded all my expectations!
Great quality fish, firm and plump deens, nice little pieces of potato and pepper in the yummy coconut curry sauce. A tad spicy. A quality product!
In the photo is exactly how it came out of the can, just dumping it over the rice , didn’t even use a fork to get it out. It is a very attractive product! Tastes even better. I was really knocked out by this! So for that reason, I’ll be going to bed now, on a full stomach of deliciousness!
Quick dinner with leftover basmati rice, and a salad thrown together. I put the unopened can in a bowl and poured hot water over it to heat it.

I didn’t get the coconut curry thing until I tried Aldi’s herring. This looks delicious, even for a grown ass man.
I just had these recently and I found them kind of bland in the sauce and dry in the fish. I was really surprised. Not terrible, but maybe my expectations were too high.
