Thanksgiving Cake! 🦃

Chai spice cake with apple compote and vanilla bean ermine filling, vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream decorations!

I added a photo of the filling since I can’t do a cross section – the cake is in my freezer until next week 🙌

Had to go silver even though I originally wanted to go with gold accents bc I only had a silver 12 inch cake drum 😭 but I think it turned out okay! 8×8 square cake – first time doing a square cake and wow they are so much more difficult, I opted for rounded corners because it was easier and my back was hurting by that point lol!
