Recipe was mostly from the chef steps vid with a few components from his book. Took about 4 days and was a fun challenge I definitely want to try more recipes from the book

Thanks it was pretty awesome! I’m gonna make a lot more noodle soups from scratch coming up and I’m gonna try and do some more documenting and breakdowns of the process, challenges, etc. hopefully making every component possible from scratch if you have any suggestions for awesome noodle soups to try I’m looking for suggestions!
