These are one of these four ingredient recipes that are desperately a mustake. This is perfect just to eat as a wrap on its own or make with a curry. I’m telling you, this is restaurant quality. No joke. Into a bowl, we’re going to add a cup and 3/4 of allpurpose flour, a half a teaspoon of baking soda, 1/ teaspoon of salt, and 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Get your hands in the bowl. Mix that all together. If it’s a little dry, dampen your hands a little bit. Form that into a ball. And I chopped this into about six to eight equal sized pieces. Flatten them out with your hand. I added about a tablespoon of this mozzarella cheese, cilantro, garlic mixture. Fold it up. Then with a rolling pin, roll it nice and flat. And then we’re going to lay that directly into a hot dry pan. Cook it on each side for about like 2 to 3 minutes. Then I brushed on this melted butter, garlic, cilantro mixture. Folks, I can barely speak right now. This is outrageously satisfying to make. Even better to eat. Do it. Make it and follow along for more approachable

  1. I'd make it with a mix of whole wheat and all purpose flour. The greek yogurt helps with protein intake.

  2. Yes! That's how I make naan as well, but I've never added the cheese mixture or anything else to the middle. I bet it's delicious that way! I must try this next time! 😊

  3. You've undercooked it a bit.
According to Ayurveda (ancient Indian school of medicine), you should cook your bread thoroughly and well otherwise it gets difficult to navigate through your intestines.

  4. Why does everyone go to the negative? What are you doing to help other people improve or expand their cuisine? Were you given crushed glass for breakfast every day during your childhood?
