You can easily make this egg drop soup within six minutes. In a pot, combine two cups of water, one teaspoon of chicken powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix well and bring this to boil. Two eggs and a pinch of salt. Mix well. To make cornstarch slurry, 3 tbsp of water and 1 tbsp of cornstarch. Mix well and set aside. Size 50 70. Mince some shrimps about 10 to 12 pieces size small. Six small tomato cut in half. When you see the liquid is boiling, add your tomatoes. Add the white part of the green onion and save the green part for topping. When you see the broth is boiling, add in the cornstarch slurry. Bring this to boil. Add in your mint shrimp. Just break it apart first and then put it in and just mix it. Bring it to boil and let it cook about 2 to 3 minutes. On you see that the shrimp is cooked. Lower the heat to low heat. You can add in your egg slowly. Slowly stir to create that ribbon.
