Final pick sauce

Zebrange, Ksls purple, fish pepper, Armageddon, ghost. Roasted all with some yellow onion, carrot, rice wine vinegar, salt. Big bottles for old friends, little bottles for new friends

I was a little worried it would be too hot with the Armageddon in there but it’s good! Usually I want to ferment but skipped it this time. Happy with the results!
