Beautiful and full of life. Cork popped and bubbles were alive. The nose was full of toast, wheat, flour, and a hint of almond. The palate was bright with touches of honey and citrus. Overall a splendid wine that we wish to enjoy again. 100 points.

Beautiful! Just a tip for your cheese – because the flavour changes from the interior to the exterior, it’s best to cut lengthwise to preserve the flavour balance and avoid chunks of only the edge or centre.
