Launching in January, the opening will be the group’s eight restaurant and kick off its 10th anniversary year.

Since being established in Balham in 2016 by Tasos Gaitanos and Alex Large, the brand has flourished with seven locations already across London, two of which opened this year in Canary Wharf and Soho – also the site of its debut bar Kamara – and Convent Garden, which opened in 2024.

The Victoria menu has not fully been released but will be largely similar to the other sites. Customers can expect to see brunch dishes such as tsoureki brioche with tahini custard, cheesecake cream, almonds and rose dukkah; sweet potato fritters – sweet potato, courgette and feta fritters, avocado, crispy kale, confit garlic yoghurt; and a poached egg and fried chicken rosti made with-kefir fried chicken, crispy potato rosti and two fried eggs drizzled with kasundi jam.

The new location is also going to be updated to include mezze style sharing plates inspired by co-founder Tas’ Cretan heritage and family recipes with dishes like the pan fried halloui prune and clementine reduction with toasted seeds; charred celeriac with dill and lemon aioli, confit garlic, and smoked pine nuts; and smoked Greek feta sausage, aubergine bayildi, feta and herb salad.

For dessert the menu includes a baklava sandwich, pistachio ice cream and honey cream; kataifi cheesecake with Corinthian raisins, preserved lemon curd and cocoa tuille. Completing the menu is a range of drinks from coffees and smoothies to cocktails and Greek wines.

The new restaurant will be taking over the space that was formerly The Stoke house at 81 Buckingham Palace Rd.
