Looking to get something to impress a hot sauce man. So many options but hard to know what is junk or worth the price.

Hab, sakari and hot winter look like some solid choices

What sweet (and spicy) paradise are you in? I’m so jealous. I have nowhere with this type of selection anywhere close to me.

  3. Secret aardvark is awesome. My favorite is the serrabenero, but the standard habanero one is great too. Haven’t had the pleasure of tryout out the other flavors.

Sakari is going to be the most special. They grow practically everything and spare no expense in the recipe. And its a lovely family, not a corporation. HAB is also a great brand. Those are the two I would recommend out of those. Avoid anything in a plastic bottles in my option, not specifically because the packaging feels less premium (and youre paying premium prices for craft), but because those are done by copacking factories and won’t come with the level of ingredient care. Those recipes are built around a target price point, not around a flavor or experience. The only exception I can think of is Irish Spikes out of Idaho. Buy everything he makes and enjoy.
