
Not really a recipe, just wanted to share the quick and easy breakfast/brunch that I can’t stop obsessing over.
-whole wheat pita with flax & oat bran (aldi!); I pop in the air fryer for 2-3 mins
-1/2 to 1 avocado spread on the pita (depending on size of avocado)
-sliced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes
-feta and cilantro (I love it with parsley and/or basil too if cilantro isn’t your thing!)
-squeeze of lemon and sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning over top
I usually pop an egg on top too (and flaked up salmon when I have some!) but then you can’t see how pretty it is 😂

I know this sounds weird (but textures) doesn’t the pita go soggy? This looks amazing!
