The lowes outlet by me had these for sale for $110 last year. I bought 4. I kept one for myself and may take another to work for the back of the building. The others will be gifts

I took a half wine barrel and filled 75% with dirt. And 25% a layer of concrete and it’s perfect height wise for me. Cheap too. $50 materials. Wine barrels are cheap in the Bay Area. And anything hot there’s a decent amount of room below. Screw holders into the wood.
