Kara Kara Uo Ramen 🍜 (Inosho Manila)

Kara kara ou ramen (辛辛魚ラーメン) 🍜 from Inosho Manila. The broth is uniquely different as they added katsuobushi (bonito) and niboshi to the tonkotsu broth resulting in a distinct flavor. This is called tonkotsu gyōkai (豚骨魚介).
