So I don’t use measurements usually when I’m cooking, but this is the recipe to MY lasagna soup…
First brown 1lb of ground turkey and ground turkey sausage crumbles with sautéed onions, green bell peppers, and fresh chopped garlic. Then add tomato paste and a jar of tomato sauce. Mix in oregano and Italian seasonings in with the sauce. Add in heavy whipping cream and 2 cups of chicken broth, let it come to a boil. Next add in broken up pieces of lasagna noodles. Stir well. Cover on medium heat until noodles are done. Mix in shredded mozzarella and Italian cheese. Ricotta is optional in your own bowl. Enjoy!!
