The family-run restaurant is owned by chef Paolo Mortali and his wife, Livia, who is a third-generation restaurateur following in the steps of his father and grandfather.
Before opening Paolo’s Italian Kitchen, Paolo studied at Westminster Catering College alongside Jamie Oliver before working in Switzerland, Italy, and London.
Paolo’s Italian Kitchen’s website shares that they serve traditional dishes with a contemporary take on Italian cuisine.
