

So you out there that doesn't like vinegar, this may not be for you. It's basically a Piri Piri sauce. It has 3 flavor profiles IMO. The chilie, garlic and vinegar. It does have good bright note up front, the Chiles are pickled before being added, you taste the garlic then the chilie hits. More of a medium heat. Would say a 5-6 out of 10. The vinegar isn't anywhere at the level of Louisiana styles like Tabasco or Crystal. So may be good for those wanting to lean into the vinegar based sauces.

I tried this the other day and liked it. The flavor is not very complex, but does the job. I tried it on chicken strips. Probably try it on an omelet next time. 6/10 Heat – 5/10 flavor.
