Alambre, are they generally the same?

I discovered these around 10 years ago when a local taqueria opened. I absolutely love it, I get Al pastor and the smoked sausage makes it awesome but it is not something that I see in other taquerias.

Will I like it elsewhere? This made 7 big tacos.
