I’m not sure what to call this bowl, but it’s made with a chicken + pork bone broth, chashu, and menma.

The flavor was good, but next time I’m gonna reduce the tare

It was a bit too salty and darker than I expected

  1. Keep it up. My wife motivated me to make homemade ramen. I’ve made Shoyu ramen, buldak, and Kimchi ramen. I want to make Tonkatsu ramen next.
