Left one looks bad. U don’t really want thick lines of fat like that or concentrated to one area.

FYI just cause someone doesn’t sell prime doesn’t mean they don’t have prime. If they put an order for beef in and say they asked for two boxes of ribs for ribeyes. If the company only has one select or choice and one prime left they will receive the prime box just to make sure their order is filled. At least at my store that’s how it works . So we occasionally get prime and when we do we put a prime label on the package and charge the same amount because we didn’t pay extra for it
