What is this extra grate piece?


Just got a new Weber Spirit EP-325 Stealth. What is this small extra piece of grate? (Laying diagonally on the grates)

    For Weber crafted kit installed in it. Remove the left grate and put that small piece on the front of it.

    It’s for when a guest asks for their steak well done.

    It’s for certain attachments to use. Also the smaller cast iron piece rests on one of the frame corners maybe to fill in gaps.

    So I used it with the baking stone (bought separately from the grill). It is used to fill in the area that the baking stone didn’t cover.
