What a strange serving size. But I don’t see why not? It’s a pickled cucumbers, and cucumbers are mostly water. Salt would be high though

I love me some pickles. They do say zero but I normally log 2kcal per slice just to make sure

A food can be listed as having “zero calories” if it contains less than 5 calories per serving, according to the FDA. This rule allows manufacturers to round down products with small amounts of calories. Since they’re being sneaky with 2/3 spear as a serving size, and there is 1g of carbs (4 calories) per serving, i would assume a full spear would be approximately 6 calories (depending on size). Not enough to worry about really.

You can count each one 5 calories

Pickle relish on a veggie dog with mustard very low cal but satisfying too! Tho high salt of course. Take the wins where we can!

Pickles are cucumbers. It’s a few calories. You don’t need to track them.

Can your body digest it and turn it into (normal looking) poo? Then yes it has calories.
