    I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

    Here is your daily cheese facts: This cheese is from Goat Rodeo Farm & Dairy. A bold and flavorful mixed milk cheddar style hand-rubbed with espresso. Pairs beautifully with beer.

    This reminds me of “Barely Buzzed” from Beehive Cheese—a lavender espresso rubbed cheddar.

    One of my favorite new additions to my former shop.
    Doesn’t taste too much of coffee, it has incredible chocolaty and nutty notes.

    Pairs amazingly well with beer indeed
